Xôi trộn bùi thị xuân (Sticky Rice) @ Xôi chè Bùi Thị Xuân

On the sunny morning,  I was walking to Cho lon (district 5) from central of Ho chi minh city (District 1). Ho Chi Minh is bright at around 6 o’clock and sunset at 6 o’clock in the evening. I do not understand this kind of thing if I do not come here. Lucky, Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh is opened from early morning such as 6:00am. It’s so helpful for food hunter as me. I can get up early morning , and then go a lot of restaurant 4,5,6 in a day….. my stomachs sometimes is limited….?

This restaurant takes about 20 min to get there from Bến Thành Market by walking.

Xôi trộn bùi thị xuân (Sticky rice mix with mushroom Vietnamese sausage and chicken. きのことベトナムソーセージ、鶏肉を混ぜたおこわ) 25000vnd

It’s was very delicious. I could not forget this taste even I back to Malaysia from Vietnam. I have never eatan taste like that sticky rice.

In Vietnam restaurant. A glass of tea is always served to customer. I was surprised. In Malaysia and another south east country, Need to pay money for water and tea. This is wonderful service in Vietnam.  In this hot country, this cold tea give traveler  healing?
