I went this restaurant with my Japanese friend who living in Saigon. According to her, Around here is the place where many foreigner and Japanese worker live a lot. Japanese worker means that not company arrangement. They came Vietnam and found job in here. After I ate noodle in here, shop owner and staff seemed to think that we are the people who looking for room. so they said introduced their houses? There are many room around this street. For example,  2nd floor and 3rd floor of restaurants, shops and houses etc. I saw some room. So average price is 250usd to 300usd per a month?

Hmm. So0000 delicious! I have eaten a lot of delicious food in Saigon. But As I expected, noodle is better than rice in Vietnam. This is the soup was added crab taste. so nice! Maybe the best food in Saigon for me. Affordable! I ate completely.
