This 328 Katong Laksa seems to be famous. So I came here at 11:00 am. Not so many customer. But When I finished eating, Many customer lined up.  Katong area is not easy to come here. If you wanna, need to Grab taxi or Bus. I recommend Bus. When you come Singapore, You would better install this Moovit.  This is the nice app that you can find route.
